Lead User Experience Researcher and Designer

As a Lead User Experience Researcher and Designer, I use empathy and creative-problem solving to design and deliver mixed-methods UX research programs that result in actionable insights. I have relentless drive to advocate for the customer.

Learning Support Consultant - Special Needs Education

A challenging role that required me to lead with empathy and patience, whilst standing up firmly for the rights of every child and their families to be treated equally and with respect.

  • Supporting children in mainstream classrooms who had autism, downs syndrome, bipolar disorder, Cerebral palsy, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, expressive and receptive language disorders, emotional disturbances, vision and hearing impairments
