Role: Lead Researcher
Financial services company BPAY - Australia's most trusted bill payment system - wanted to leverage human centered design to drive its transformation strategy. I led the design and delivery of an Exploratory Customer Research project with the goal of engaging BPAY's extensive member base to identify opportunities to optimize service delivery and innovate on current product offerings.
Role: Lead UX Researcher
Working with the Australian Department of Health, I led an initiative to enhance an online tool that provided consumers with a clear understanding of the cost of common medical procedures provided by specialists. The project led to the development of a Portal for Specialists, that we took from concept to prototype to MVP, through iterative product test and learn cycles.
Role: Design Strategist
In my role a design strategist at a lead design consultancy Tobias, I played a key role in developing a comprehensive course on Human-Centered Design (HCD). The course is tailored to the individual needs of organizations, including in-person and online workshops, an online learning platform and project-based learning to embed HCD into the organization's ways of working. We have refined the course over 6 years, productizing the online component.
